The work stages a conceptual act of definitive end of the dam.
The dam created by man as an obstacle that blocks the go further, to think beyond. Is then imagined extreme action, release that clears the dam radically. Destroys the blows. Using the force of the explosive fire to the dam spared from the water.

The work is constituted by a study for the positioning of the explosive charges which represents a graphical symbol can be transposed on the concrete surface of the dam.

a unique event
through the use of fireworks explosions.

‘Delenda’ cita il famoso slogan latino di Catone il censore Delenda Carthago, Cartagine dev’essere distrutta, divenuto sinonimo di un corso delle cose percepito come necessario.

L’opera inscena un atto concettuale di superamento definitivo della diga.
La diga come ostacolo creato dall’uomo che ostruisce l’andare oltre, il pensare al di là. Viene quindi immaginata un’azione estrema, liberatoria, che cancella la diga radicalmente. La distrugge, la fa saltare in aria. Usando la forza deflagrante del fuoco per la diga risparmiata dall’acqua.

L’opera è costituita da uno studio per il posizionamento delle cariche esplosive che rappresenta una grafica simbolica, che può essere trasposta sulla superficie in cemento della diga.

Il momento dell’esplosione può essere ricreato anche in un evento unico, attraverso l’utilizzo di cariche di fuochi artificiali.

In ogni caso si tratta di una simulazione visiva, ma non distruttiva

riesce a superare in modo – definitivo – … il confine.
